Business Technology Program Manager

About the Role

Simpro is looking for a Business Technology Program Manager to coordinate and improve the delivery of initiatives across Data, Salesforce, and Sales Operations.

This role connects business priorities with technical execution, ensuring projects are properly prioritized, progress is communicated clearly, and leadership has visibility into delivery, risks, and business impact. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate sprint planning, release updates, and cross-functional projects.
- Organize and prioritize enhancement requests based on business impact, urgency, and dependencies.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor progress, KPIs, risks, and team performance.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve documentation, reporting, communication, and workflow efficiency.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, project plans, and delivery documentation.
- Communicate project status, accomplishments, blockers, and upcoming priorities to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify risks and dependencies, escalate blockers, and recommend solutions.
- Improve processes, governance, and collaboration across Data, Salesforce, and Sales Operations.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, technology operations, or a related field.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, business systems, data teams, or Salesforce teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience creating dashboards, operational reports, and project trackers.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
- Experience using AI tools securely and responsibly to improve productivity.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work across teams and time zones.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Salesforce, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and release management.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or advanced Excel.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
