What you need

13 years of experience in Technical Support OR a technologyrelated degree with no experience Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.
Strong networking troubleshooting skills IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
B2 English communication skills fluent and conversational
