Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support accurate and timely invoice processing, expense verification, and vendor payments. This role involves reviewing invoices, maintaining financial records, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Process, review, and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support timely payment processing in accordance with company policies and payment deadlines.
- Verify invoice details, supporting documentation, and expense coding before processing payments.
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, vendors, and Finance to address invoice and payment-related issues.
- Assist with account reconciliations and maintain organized records for financial reporting.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.




- Use Microsoft Excel to review financial information, track invoices, and support reporting activities.
- Follow established accounting procedures and maintain the confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

- At least 6 months of experience in Billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounting, Collections, Invoice Processing, Claims, or a related financial function.
- Completion of required Logistics LSG training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing invoices and financial records.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet payment deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
