WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITIY:

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER to join our team. As an architectural designer, you bring seasoned experience to projects of varying scales. You possess a keen attention to detail, think critically, and can lead a team to success. Please note this is a remote contract position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

-Prepare feasibility studies, schematic design and design development drawings

-Produce drawings for zoning, planning, and permit applications and tender documentation

-Communicate and coordinate with internal team members and external consultants





-Review Zoning and Ontario Building Code for compliance

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

-Minimum of 3-5 years (post-Graduate) experience

-Strong design-based skills

-Thorough knowledge of design, working drawings, building systems and detailing

-Excellent time management skills

-Ability to work independently and in team settings

-Proficiency in Sketch Up, Autodesk software (AutoCAD & Revit), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Revu Bluebeam an asset.

-Excellent visual presentation skills

-Good written and verbal communication in English
