In this role, you will assist customers who are interested in aesthetic treatments, provide personalized guidance, and recommend complementary products and services to enhance their experience.

Requirements

C1 English proficiency, with excellent fluency, clear pronunciation, and natural communication.

Previous experience in customer service, beauty consulting, retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating through video calls.

A customerfirst mindset, with the ability to make personalized recommendations.

Interest in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or cosmetic treatments.

Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.





Availability to work rotating shifts between 900 a.m. and 900 p.m., including Sundays, with two days off.

Compensation Benefits

Base salary COP 4,200,000 per month.

Additional performancebased commissions.

Onsite position in Bogotá.

No cold calling You will assist customers who are already interested in cosmetic treatments and help them explore additional products and services tailored to their needs.
