About the Company
Forceget is a techdriven general logistics and fulfillment company that operates and supports several brands under its umbrella. This position is for one of our companies, Ava Reform, a fastgrowing ecommerce fitness brand specializing in Pilates equipment. You will be part of the Ava Reform team.

The Role
Were looking for a Sales Specialist to help customers find the right fit with Ava Reform through phone calls, Facebook messaging, and personalized email. Youll build real relationships with people who care about pilates, strength training, and movement. If you love that world too, youll feel right at home. This is an active, goaldriven role with clear targets, strong support, and visible results.

What Youll Do
Connect with prospects and warm leads by phone up to 100 calls per day
Reply to Facebook and social messages quickly and guide interested customers toward a purchase
Write thoughtful, personal emails that sound like a real person, not a template
Keep contacts, activity, and pipeline organized in HubSpot
Understand each customers needs and use our proven scripts and sequences to support them
Work toward daily activity goals and monthly revenue targets
Partner with the sales lead on strategy, handling objections,



and followup

What You Bring
Based in Colombia
Fluent English, written and spoken
3 years of sales experience, ideally phonebased or call center
Comfort with a high volume of conversations and resilience when a no comes up
A clear, warm, confident phone presence
Strong written communication for email and messaging
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM

Nice to Have
Personal interest or background in pilates, fitness, or sport
Experience selling to US customers
Experience in ecommerce, DTC, or wellness brands
