Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated Call Center Agents to join our team. This position provides support to a spa located in the United States, focusing on appointment scheduling, customer followups, and appointment attendance confirmation.

We welcome applications from both bilingual candidates English Spanish and Spanishonly speakers. The idóneo candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customerfocused mindset, and the ability to build trust through phone conversations.

Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm appointments for spa clients.
Make followup calls, send text messages, and use other communication channels to maximize appointment attendance.
Provide accurate information about spa services and promotions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual performance targets.
Deliver exceptional and professional customer service.

Requirements

Fluent Spanish required.




Advanced English proficiency B2C1 or higher for bilingual positions.
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, appointment scheduling, or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
Positive attitude and resultsoriented mindset.
