Job Title: Manager – Finance (PTP-RTR)Job Location: BogotaIn this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver top-quality service within the Finance – Procure to Pay (PTP) and Record to report (RTR) Services line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries globally. The role will involve managing PTP & RTR processes, collaborating with various stakeholders, resolving queries, maintaining data, monitoring, and action requests.Key Responsibilities:Process & Performance Management:Be a Super User for PTP & RTR processes in various Finance systems applicable for PTP and in alignment with the Global Process SOP/GuidelinesEngage with Country Manager/Regional Champions and work collaboratively to carry out PTP & RTR initiativesDealing with adhoc requests which require expertise from Vendor/Operations/CountryReview the accounts of key suppliers and ensure that the team takes the necessary steps to guarantee that payments are made on time and without delaysEnsure that the PTP and RTR processes are managed in a way that enables the completion of tasks for the BPSs without impacting operationsWork with Country & GSC to improve KPIs and performanceEnsure that the Country adheres to Internal Controls and associated evidencingFocus on ensuring positive business impact of Finance within own area – country, region, etc.



in scopeBuild and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders (in country, region and general offices) to ensure PTP & RTR targets are metApprove COD / Schedule Payment run / MEC tasksWeekly connect with GSC team on performance reviewExecute the New Workflow strategy for Country in co-ordination with Global Finance & Project TeamNotify countries & users on the new functionalities or changes made in the tool or documentsTrouble shoot user challenges in systems and process and ensure that these are escalated & resolvedHaving working experience in any of the automation tools or involved/ driven process automation projectsRequired Skills/Abilities:Bachelor´s degree. A degree in logistics, accounting, financial management will be an advantage.Should have been in Finance Delivery for min of 2 years at a Team Leader/Manager Level10 years of relevant experienceGood interpersonal skills and team playerUnderstanding of accounting concepts and principlesPossess good analytical & problem-solving skillsTarget oriented with strong focusFlexible with work shiftGood Typing skills including Numpad (account specific)Effective English communication skills, written and verbalHigh level of customer centricity#J-18808-Ljbffr
