What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and oversee paralegals, supporting team performance and workflow.
- Improve policies and procedures to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Recommend operational improvements to senior leadership.
- Coordinate legal team workflows and support law firm operations.
- Help maintain effective processes across assigned offices.
- Support client-facing service delivery and manage shifting priorities.
- Travel to assigned offices as needed.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Strong paralegal background with supervisory or managerial experience.
- Experience in a professional services environment with client interaction preferred.
- Familiarity with law firm accounting and finance principles.
- Proficiency with legal technology and workflow systems, such as iManage.
