Vicious Biscuit is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the floor on fast-casual breakfast service. You're responsible for running shifts with full floor ownership, coaching hourly team members, and upholding Vicious standards.
You'll monitor speed, quality, and cleanliness, handle guest issues with Southern hospitality, and support training and opening/closing duties across FOH/BOH.
This full-time role offers growth as we expand into new states, with early morning shifts and weekends required.
