Location: Remote | Engagement: Independent contractor, ongoing | Hours: Overlap required with US Eastern business hours
We're a talent agency representing some of the most respected science and education creators on YouTube. We're looking for a freelance coordinator to keep our brand deals running smoothly from signed contract to published video.
About us
We're an independent agency focused on factual and educational YouTube creators. Brand partnerships and sponsorship integrations are the core of what we do. Our creators are at the center of everything, and every decision starts with what's best for them.
What you'll do
- Campaign coordination: Own timelines across brands, agencies, and creators. Send briefs, chase approvals, confirm go-live dates, and make sure every deliverable ships on time.
- Deal tracking: Keep our deal tracker and CRM current from signed deal to payment, so anyone on the team can see stage, deliverables, dates, and payment status at a glance.
- Brief and draft review: Check brand briefs and creator drafts against the signed contract (talking points, disclosures, links, restrictions) before anything goes live. Flag conflicts early.
- Contract admin: Prepare contract packets, track redlines and signatures, and log key terms like exclusivity windows, usage rights, and payment schedules.
- Creator support: Help keep creator profiles and rate cards up to date. Be a reliable, responsive point of contact on logistics.
- Reporting: Pull post-campaign performance into recaps that support renewals and new pitches.
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years in a coordinator, project management, or operations role.
Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills. You can keep a dozen campaigns, contracts, and invoices straight without dropping details.
- Clear, professional written English. You'll be communicating with brands and creators daily.
- Comfort reading contracts and spotting the terms that matter: deliverables, usage, exclusivity, payment terms.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (we use Pipedrive, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Good judgment about what to handle yourself and what to escalate.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with YouTube: how creator content gets made, Shorts, analytics basics.
- Experience with sponsorship metrics (CPM, CTR, conversion tracking).
- Working knowledge of FTC/ASA disclosure rules for sponsored content.
- Genuine interest in science, history, or educational content.
Rate
$1,200 - $1,800 USD per month, depending on experience. Paid monthly.
As the engagement develops and your responsibilities grow, compensation will grow with it.
Why work with us
- Work alongside some of the most respected educational creators on YouTube. Names you'll be proud to have on your resume.
- A small, growing team where you work directly with the founders and your input matters from day one.
- Hands-on exposure to how brand deals, contracts, and creator business development actually work.
- Real room to grow. This role expands as the agency does.
- Fully remote and versátil.
To apply
- Please include your expected monthly rate in USD with your application. Applications without a rate will not be considered.
