SoftwareOne is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Analyst (Advanced English) in Colombia to manage the full payroll cycle for LATAM employees and ensure compliance with local labor laws. You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding and work with local and international People & Culture teams, handling data in payroll tools and HRIS.
The role requires a technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, plus payroll management experience and strong English proficiency.
