About the Role
Vuori is looking for a Principal Engineer to lead the technical foundation behind our Omni Analytics pod and our Customer Data Platform. This is a hands-on senior engineering role with broad scope — you will be the technical owner across ecommerce data, retail data, marketing and media data, identity resolution, and the CDP itself. You will work alongside the Sr. Product Manager, Omni and across a team that includes ecom analytics, CDP,

retail, and marketing data engineering. You will set the architecture, raise the bar on engineering standards, mentor the team, and personally build the hardest parts. You will also partner with the Data Platform team on shared infrastructure and with Data Science & AI on activation of model outputs. We need someone with deep experience building customer data infrastructure at scale — identity resolution, customer 360, event pipelines, audience activation, and the data foundations behind personalization and lifecycle marketing. You should be fluent in the modern data stack, comfortable with cloud infrastructure, and equally happy in a design review, a code review, or a stakeholder conversation about what to build next. Above all, we want a builder who lifts the team. You write code others want to learn from. You give feedback that makes engineers better. You are direct about what is broken an
