In this role, you will play a critical part in moving litigation matters forward by managing case-related tasks, preparing legal documentation, coordinating depositions, and ensuring attorneys stay organized and prepared. If you are someone who enjoys meaningful legal work, values accuracy, and takes pride in helping legal teams achieve outstanding results, we would love to hear from you.Schedule:Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Tracking active cases and ensuring they continue progressing efficientlyManaging attorney calendars, meetings, and scheduling requestsMonitoring case deadlines and supporting the timely completion of litigation tasksMaintaining accurate case records and ensuring documentation is properly organizedAssisting with litigation strategies and case progression activitiesReviewing and analyzing discovery materials and case-related documentationDrafting motions, pleadings,



correspondence, and other legal documentsExamining case files and legal records to identify critical informationProviding proactive support with minimal supervision while independently managing complex legal assignmentsMaintaining confidentiality of client and case information at all timesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiencyOrganizing and prioritizing incoming emails and communicationsCoordinating and scheduling depositions with all involved partiesPreparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, and case-related proceedingsCollaborating with attorneys and team members to support legal operationsWhat We’re Looking For:Law Degree requiredAdvanced legal knowledge and litigation experience requiredPersonal Injury experience preferredProsecutorial experience strongly preferredCivil Rights litigation experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and legal documentationAbility to independently manage complex case assignments and legal mattersExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsExceptional reading comprehension, analytical, and critical thinking skillsStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailAbility to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgmentCommitment to maintaining confidentiality of client, case, and firm informationComfortable working in a low-call-volume environment with limited phone communication responsibilitiesReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?Monthly compensation starting from 1150 USD to 1220 USDPaid time off.Parental leave.Opportunities for professional development and trainingDedicated support from our team.A chance to work with clients who share our values.#J-18808-Ljbffr
