Compensation: $85,000–$140,000/annually depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary HR partner for offices throughout the Carolinas.
- Lead sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
- Advise leadership on performance management, personnel decisions, and workforce planning.
- Coach managers on HR policies and effective people management.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
- Champion employee engagement, policy consistency, and employment law compliance.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations
- Law firm or professional services background strongly preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Ability to support geographically dispersed offices and leadership teams
