We are seeking a Senior Account Operations Specialist to join our team, supporting key accounts within the Media and Entertainment portfolio.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Account Operations service on the assigned accounts. This position requires maturity in organizing operations activities, being a quick learner, taking ownership of processes, demonstrating proactivity in their realization and optimization, and possessing strong communication skills.ResponsibilitiesManage contracts end-to-end from a financial perspective, including SOW tracking, unblocking stuck SOW/MSA, obtaining legal approvals, negotiating contracts with Legal, revealing potential blockers and their resolution, and contract management in the Client's systemTrack Account business results, prepare monthly PnL reports, perform cost-benefit analyses, and work proactively with the CP & FP&A; team on improvement plans for achieving targetsMaximize the efficiency of business procedures and optimize workflow where needed (e.g., monitoring burn-down reports,
