The role
Bilingual Payroll Analyst (Advanced English)
LATAM / Location: Colombia

What a day-to-day in this role looks like:
- Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in the region.
- Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.

What we need to see from you
Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll manage
