To maximize team efficiency, we are building a streamlined, purpose-built internal dashboard interface on top of GHL so our recruiters, sourcers, and admin staff can execute 100% of their daily work without ever having to log directly into GHL.
About the Role
You will own this project end-to-end—from requirements gathering to launch, documentation, and ongoing enhancement. You will connect the dashboard to GHL via API v2 and webhooks to ensure two-way data sync, design role-based screens for recruiters and management, and build automated workflows (GHL, Make, n8n, Zapier) that eliminate manual work.
