The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) seeks a Regional Humanitarian Access and Safety Adviser for Latin America, based in Bogotá with a regional remit across Colombia, Venezuela and Honduras. You will lead safety and access risk management, build HAS capacity, and operationalize Duty of Care and crisis response strategies regionally.
