About Quibble
Quibble is a revenue management platform for short-term rental property managers. Most STR pricing tools adjust a base price up or down. Quibble uses discrete-choice optimization instead: it models the full price-to-revenue curve for every night, an approach rooted in airline revenue management. We pair that technology with a hands-on revenue management team that runs pricing strategy for our clients’ portfolios.
The Role
We’re looking for a Manager of Revenue Management to lead our team of revenue managers and own the client relationships behind them. You’ll set the standard for how we price, diagnose, and communicate. You’ll coach the team to that standard, and you’ll be the senior voice clients trust when performance matters most.
This is a player-coach role. You’ll lead people, and you’ll also get into the data yourself.
What You’ll Do
Lead the team
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of revenue managers, including weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth plans
• Set portfolio assignments, workload balance, and service standards across client accounts




• Build and maintain playbooks for onboarding, underperformer diagnosis, event pricing, and client reporting
• Review the team’s pricing decisions and analysis for quality and consistency
• Hire and onboard new revenue managers as we grow

Own client relationships
• Act as the senior point of contact for key client accounts
• Lead strategic client calls, quarterly business reviews, and escalations
• Turn performance data into clear recommendations that clients understand and act on
• Make sure every commitment made to a client gets followed through and tracked to completion
• Spot churn risk early and drive retention and expansion

Drive performance
• Monitor portfolio health across occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pace, and on-the-books vs. last year
• Diagnose why properties underperform, including pricing, minimum stays, listing quality, and comp set positioning
• Partner with product and enginee
