We are a growing personal injury law firm seeking a highly motivated attorney based in Colombia to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong English communication skills who wants to work with a dynamic U.S.-based legal team.
The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with clients and team members in English, and interested in personal injury litigation and claims management. Prior experience with personal injury matters is strongly preferred.
ResponsibilitiesThe attorney will assist with a variety of legal and case-management tasks, including:
• Reviewing medical records, police reports, insurance documents, and case materials
• Preparing case summaries, demand letters, and other legal correspondence
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal team members




• Assisting with personal injury case development from intake through settlement or litigation
• Tracking deadlines, case progress, and pending tasks
• Conducting legal and factual research as needed
• Supporting attorneys and case managers with day-to-day file management

Qualifications• Licensed attorney in Colombia
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Professional communication skills and a client-focused mindset
• Experience with personal injury, insurance claims, litigation support, or U.S. legal work preferred
• Comfortable using case-management software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and remote communication tools
