What you'll do

• Support the coordination of home care services for elderly patients in the U.S. market.

• Help assess client needs and contribute to the development of personalized care plans.

• Act as a point of contact between patients, families, and care providers.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on service continuity.

• Learn and apply U.S. healthcare compliance standards (CMS guidelines).

Requirements
What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, International Business, or a related program.

• English level B2–C1 — able to communicate fluently in a U.S. professional environment.

• Strong organizational skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.





• No prior experience required — just commitment and a desire to learn.

• Availability for Barranquilla Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Active enrollment required
