Fisch Group is a fast-growing, premium outsourced accounting firm serving U.S.-based companies with $5M–$100M in annual sales. We're a team of 10–50, we use AI throughout our work, and we're growing quickly. We're hiring a full-time AP/AR Clerk who wants to get in early, learn from the best, and build a long-term career with us.

What you'll do

- Run accounts payable in Ramp or similar bill-pay and spend tools: enter bills, route approvals, match receipts, and prepare payment runs
- Create and send customer invoices and apply payments
- Follow up on open AR on a regular schedule, with friendly, persistent reminders until balances are paid
- Keep AP and AR aging reports accurate and flag any risks early
- Talk with vendors and customers by email in a professional, clear way
- Use AI tools and modern accounting software to work faster and more accurately

What we're looking for

- Strong hands-on experience with Ramp or similar bill-pay and spend tools (Bill.com, Brex, Airbase, etc.)
- Solid accounts receivable experience, including collections follow-up with customers
- A clear grasp of how to work an AR aging: who to contact, when, and how to escalate




- 1–3+ years of AP/AR experience; U.S. client experience is a plus
- Comfortable with QuickBooks Online or Xero, plus Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written English, organized, and dependable
- Able to work U.S. Pacific business hours (9am–5pm PT), which is late morning to evening in Colombia
- Someone who wants to stay and grow long term

Pay: $1,000–$1,400 USD per month, full-time, remote
