Occasional after-hours availability may be required based on customer needs.Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Earning Potential:Guaranteed Base Pay: $900-$1,000 USD/monthExpected Monthly Earnings: $1,350-$1,650 USD with commissions (approximately 50% above base salary).High-Performance Potential: $1,800-$2,200+ USD/month in strong sales months, depending on individual results.Performance-Based Commissions: Earn more as you generate sales and grow your customer base.As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in:Reaching out to trucking companies, owner-operators,



and fleet owners across the United States through inbound and outbound leads.Presenting and promoting Silchuk's Fuel Card & Factoring Solutions.Guiding potential clients through the application and onboarding process.Maintaining regular follow-ups and managing customer information using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Brevo.Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing carriers.Working toward individual sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.What we're looking for:Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in cold calling, international sales, B2B sales, trucking, factoring, or financial services.Experience communicating with U.S.-based customers is an advantage.Recent college graduates are welcome to apply based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, and demonstrated motivation.A motivated self-starter who thrives in a commission-based, results-oriented environment.Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and an outgoing personality.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.Please Note:This position is performed remotely from Colombia.
