The Income Recovery Administrator plays an important role in supporting the effective operation of the Income Recovery Team.
The role is responsible for managing the team’s work tray and shared inbox, completing routine rent account administration and ensuring transactions such as Income Support amendments, Direct Debit changes, refunds and new client account checks are processed accurately and promptly.
