We’re hiring! | Commercial Country Product Manager – Colombia (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Country Product Manager (CPM) to join our team in Colombia — a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, business development, and brand positioning.

As CPM, you’ll be responsible for developing the B2B, reseller, SMB, and Gov markets, increasing market share and profitability while ensuring seamless collaboration between the Headquarters and local Sales & Marketing teams.

? Your Core Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Sell-in/Sell-out plan, defining product line-up with MDM, FCST, and P&L; follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and HQ to define product and pricing strategies that boost run rate and performance per account.
- Gather market feedback from customers and partners to identify new opportunities and propose GTM (Go-To-Market) plans aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to create impactful campaigns that enhance product visibility and ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor stock control metrics in both internal and customer warehouses.
- Propose and execute aging stock action plans to optimize inventory turnover.
- Lead product lifecycle management – from strategic planning to tactical activities.




- Ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth.

? What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 2-4 years in Category/Product Manager, Sr. Planner, or Sr KAM Product, Category, or Supply Chain Management within leading Consumer Electronics companies.
- Strong knowledge of corporate sales, B2B, SMB, and government channels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Tools: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Competencies: Strategic mindset, analytical skills, business acumen, communication, teamwork, and accountability.
