As a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Agent, you will work across content moderation, customer support, and online integrity. You will review user-generated content, ensure compliance with community standards, investigate reports of abuse or harassment, and assist users with account and payment-related issues.
The role is dynamic and offers opportunities for cross-skilling and career development, including progression toward Senior Agent positions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content across different online platforms
- Review advertisements, videos, posts, and other content for policy violations
- Ensure content complies with community standards and platform policies
- Identify potential intellectual property infringements and other violations
- Provide customer support through chat, email, and outbound calls
- Assist users with account access and payment-related inquiries
- Investigate reports of abuse, harassment, and other policy violations
- Review user interactions and virtual content for compliance with codes of conduct
- Identify inappropriate or violating content and take appropriate action
- Contribute to the improvement of user policies and integrity procedures
- Identify gaps in existing policies and elevate relevant cases
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while adapting to changing workflows
Requirements
- B2-C1 English, depending on the workflow
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or technical support
- B2C or gaming-related experience is an advantage
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- High cultural awareness of the target market
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and flexibility when dealing with evolving workflows and content
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Familiarity with online community standards and policies
- Ability to understand user idioms, cultural references, and pop culture
