Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Legal Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and entry-level roles. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with Hiring Managers to support the firm's growth and talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
- Create, maintain, and update job postings across multiple sourcing platforms.
- Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and virtual interviews via Zoom.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate employment offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications





- 3+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Experience Required: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting

English Level: Advanced (C1-C2 preferred)
