We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and develop data-driven marketing strategies that engage, retain, and nurture customers throughout their entire journey.

What You’ll Lead and Build

- Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.

- Develop customer engagement strategies focused on acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.

- Build and manage automated marketing workflows and customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

- Segment customer audiences based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.

- Create and optimize personalized marketing campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and retention rates.

- Coordinate campaign calendars, content requirements, and execution timelines.

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, subject lines, audience segmentation, and campaign performance.

- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention, and customer lifetime value.

- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent communication throughout the customer journey.

- Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation, customer engagement, and lifecycle processes.

- Ensure campaigns follow data privacy regulations, consent requirements, and email marketing best practices.

- Stay updated on CRM technologies, marketing automation tools,



and lifecycle marketing trends.

What You Bring to the Table

- 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation.

- Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

- Proven experience developing and executing customer lifecycle campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automated workflows, and personalized messaging.

- Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.

- Knowledge of email marketing metrics, customer retention strategies, and conversion optimization.

- Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
