Role Description The Field Operations Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations across a designated portfolio. This role coordinates and monitors maintenance activities, vendor work, inspections, and on-site services to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant standards.

The Field Operations

Manager will assign and track work orders, review reports from field staff and contractors, and resolve operational issues promptly. This position regularly communicates with property owners, residents, and vendors to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong working relationships. The role also involves analyzing operational data, recommending process improvements, supporting budgeting and cost control efforts,



and ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong field operations and property management capabilities, including coordination of maintenance, inspections, and vendor activities.
- Proficiency with scheduling, task tracking, and basic project management tools to oversee multiple properties and priorities remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with owners, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to workflows and service delivery.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills for handling emergencies, resolving disputes, and making timely decisions.
- Comfort with technology, including property management software, collaboration platforms, and standard office applications.
- Experience in property management, facilities operations, or a related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and travel to properties as needed.
- Knowledge of basic building systems, safety standards, and relevant regulations is desirable.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, property management, facilities management, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English & Spanish.

Pay: US $6- $7/hour depending on Experience Hours: Full Time / 9:00 AM Est - 5:00 PM Est
