Role Description The Prompting Q&A; Intern will work full time on-site in Bogota, D.C., collaborating closely with product, clinical,



and engineering teams to improve the performance and reliability of AI-driven voice and chat agents. Day-to-day tasks include designing, testing, and refining prompts and Q&A; flows, analyzing agent conversations to identify failure modes, and proposing improvements to language, logic, and user experience. The intern will help document use cases, maintain prompt libraries, and support the creation of knowledge bases and FAQ structures aligned with clinical and operational requirements. This role involves researching healthcare workflows, understanding user behavior, and contributing to experiments that optimize agent accuracy, empathy, and task completion rates. The intern will also assist with internal reporting on prompt performance and collaborate in workshops to translate complex medical and operational concepts into clear, patient-centered communication.
