We are looking for a Regional Manager, Client & Project Management (PMO) to lead the coordination, governance, and execution of strategic initiatives across LATAM. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of client management, project leadership, operations, and business transformation, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple markets and cross-functional teams.
As a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, manage complex projects, and ensure alignment between business priorities and execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence regional strategy, enhance client satisfaction, and support scalable growth across the organization.

What You'll Do
• Lead regional project portfolios and PMO governance across multiple LATAM markets.
• Partner with client and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Media, Operations, Analytics, Technology,



Finance, and Client Services.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, reporting, and executive-level dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, workflows, and resource allocation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
• Support organizational growth through strategic planning, capacity management, and process optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability and business performance.

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Client Services, or related fields.
• Experience working within a media agency environment.
• Proven experience leading regional or integral projects involving multiple stakeholders.
