Role Description The Field Operations Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations across a designated portfolio. This role coordinates and monitors maintenance activities, vendor work, inspections, and on-site services to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant standards.



The Field Operations Manager will assign and track work orders, review reports from field staff and contractors, and resolve operational issues promptly. This position regularly communicates with property owners, residents, and vendors to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong working relationships. The role also involves analyzing operational data, recommending process improvements, supporting budgeting and cost control efforts, and ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
