We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Client Strategy Manager who can lead meaningful client conversations, communicate the value of our services and convert suitable prospective clients into engaged clients.
This role combines consultative sales and ongoing client relationship management . You will conduct strategy appointments and take ownership of your allocated clients, helping them stay informed and supported as they progress through our process.
About the role
You will meet with prospective clients, primarily through online video appointments, to understand their financial circumstances, property investment aspirations and future goals.
You will ask thoughtful questions, identify their needs, explain how Regatta Financial can assist and confidently guide suitable clients through the decision to engage our services.
Following engagement, you will remain a key point of contact, coordinating with our internal team and specialist partners to keep each client’s journey progressing.
Key responsibilities
Conduct structured strategy appointments with prospective clients.




Build rapport, trust and credibility while discussing personal financial circumstances.
Understand clients’ income, mortgage commitments, debts, property ownership and future objectives.
Help clients recognise gaps between their current position and their goals.
Clearly explain Regatta Financial’s services, fees, process and value.
Address questions and objections professionally, without pressure or unrealistic promises.
Convert suitable prospective clients into engaged clients.
Manage an allocated client portfolio, maintaining regular communication and following through on agreed actions.
Coordinate client progress across onboarding, finance, property selection and purchase milestones.
