Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, you will manage governance across owned entities, projects, joint ventures, SPVs, and acquisitions.
Hybrid role based in Columbia, SC or Washington, DC, requiring in-office presence 3 days/week. Experience with acquisitions, US GAAP, and ERP systems is essential for success.
