What success looks like in this role:

Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Assisting with hardware and software installation, configuration or maintenance.
- Troubleshooting network, system or application issues for internal or external clients.
- Learning to use troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems to manage support requests.

IT Infrastructure Support
- Helping with server and network maintenance, including monitoring performance and security.
- Assisting with workstation setup,



user account management and configuration.
- Learning about cloud‑based services, virtualization and storage solutions.

Client Engagement and Support
- Helping with client inquiries, by phone, email or in person.
- Assisting with software demos, onboarding or training.
- Developing understanding of typical client needs, working with senior associates to deliver solutions.

Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Working with allied teams to understand points of engagement and working methodologies.
- Learning to coordinate tasks within larger team settings and assisting with problem solving efforts.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Generally, less than 1 years' experience in area of responsibility
