Talento is seeking a highly organized Junior Carrier Compliance Analyst to join our remote Colombia team. The role works Thursday to Monday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Colombia), and focuses on carrier onboarding, verification of authority and insurance, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
You will maintain carrier records, assist with freight audits, and support internal teams with inquiries. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset is essential for success in this position.
