Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support the implementation, qualification, and continuous improvement of a new SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line for printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will apply manufacturing engineering principles to commission new equipment, develop and optimize SMT processes, troubleshoot production issues, and establish stable, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes. You will work closely with equipment suppliers and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to successfully transition the new SMT line into production. This is an individual contributor position.

This onsite position is based at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
Work Schedule
This position supports 2nd Shift operations. Candidates must be available to work the following schedule based on business needs:
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
