The Opportunity
This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia .
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business users supporting the Vaisala Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) across approximately 80 Abbott manufacturing and laboratory sites globally.
- Provide day-to-day application support, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and management of Level 2 support requests.
- Administer user access management activities, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Configure and maintain EMS application settings, dashboards, reports, and monitoring capabilities to support business and compliance requirements.
