Your mission:
Lead, coordinate, and support agents and administrative staff
Ensure clear communication of goals, policies, and company values
Address team questions and provide timely support
Identify challenges and suggest improvements
Monitor KPIs, coach team members, and deliver feedback
Ensure achievement of goals and high performance
Prepare and analyze reports for your team and leadership
Collaborate with other supervisors to execute strategic action plans
Support client needs with solutions and accountability
Organize team schedules and rotations
Track performance daily, weekly, monthly, and beyond
Manage pre-payroll reports and ensure timely follow-up
Handle escalations via phone, email, text, or chat
Be responsive to all communications from leadership
Foster professional growth and skills in your team
