The Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the company's day-to-day bookkeeping operations, ensuring bank and credit card reconciliations remain up to date and accounts payable invoices are accurately recorded in Sage 50. You’ll work closely with the company's President and current bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, investigate discrepancies, and keep documentation organized. This role focuses exclusively on bookkeeping and administrative accounting, with no customer-facing responsibilities or advanced accounting analysis.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.




Environment: International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM Philippine Time
Contract: Non-fixed Term Contract.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related accounting field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience. Candidates with more extensive experience at a senior level are also welcome.
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Sage 50 Accounting, including accounts payable data entry.
- Experience reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements, including American Express.
- Working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliation and recordkeeping.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify missing invoices or duplicate transactions, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
