We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Junior Carrier Compliance Analyst to join our team.
Remote - Colombia
Thursday to Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Colombia)
What You'll Do
- Review and process new carrier onboarding and qualification requests.
- Verify carrier authority, insurance coverage, safety ratings, operating history, and required documentation.
- Monitor carrier compliance through platforms such as FMCSA, Highway, and other approved systems.
- Track insurance renewals, authority updates, ELD compliance, and other carrier risk indicators.
- Maintain accurate carrier records and compliance documentation.
- Identify and identify potential fraud risks, safety concerns, and policy exceptions.
- Support internal teams and agents with carrier compliance-related inquiries.
- Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are consistently followed.




- Assist with freight audit activities by reviewing carrier paperwork and shipment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify Proofs of Delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Research invoice and payment discrepancies and help resolve documentation issues.
- Update load information, document statuses, and communicate deficiencies to internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
- Technical diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree (completed, in progress, or recently graduated).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation and compliance processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
