Job DescriptionYour roleAs a Bilingual Technical Support Engineer, you will be the vital link between our clients and our technical solutions, providing exceptional customer service while solving complex technical issues. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your bilingual skills and technical expertise will be highly valued.In this role you will play a key role in:Providing first and second-level technical support to clients in both English and Spanish, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesDocumenting support activities, maintaining detailed records of issues and resolutions in our ticketing systemCollaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problemsIdentifying recurring issues and contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentationMaintaining and improving customer satisfaction through professional, timely,
