Founding Business Development - Eastern Europe
Jared - Hire an A(I) Player
Location: Remote from Serbia, Poland and other Eastern European countries. Local employment or contractor structure and working-hour overlap to be confirmed.
Compensation: $100,000-$160,000 annual base compensation in USD; $200,000-$300,000 on-target earnings plus equity.
Equity percentage, vesting and (where applicable) commission plan require confirmation. OTE is not guaranteed base pay.
Jared is an AI coworker for teams. We’re looking for someone to find the teams with a real need, understand their work and turn that into honest conversations, useful pilots and lasting customer relationships.
What you’ll do
- Work with the founder to choose the first customer segments and learn which problems matter enough to pay for.
- Find and qualify prospective customers and partners without relying on generic high-volume outreach.




- Run discovery conversations and turn what you learn into clear next steps for the product and customer.
- Help define pilots with a specific goal, an owner and a way to judge whether Jared helped.
- Keep the pipeline current, follow up when promised and bring customer objections back to the team.
- Describe what Jared can do today clearly. Do not sell future capabilities as shipped features.

What we’re looking for
- You can show how you found and developed customer or partner relationships, not only how many messages you sent.
- You ask good questions, listen carefully and write clear follow-ups.
- You can work with technical founders and explain a product without overstating it.
- You know how to qualify an opportunity and walk away when the fit is wrong.
- You want a founding role and can own a messy problem without needing a playbook first.
