Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients? We're looking for a Bilingual Intake Associate (English/Spanish) to become the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in creating a seamless client journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct intake conversations to understand client needs.
- Qualify leads and coordinate consultations with the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track client interactions.
- Schedule appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.




- Provide outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of inquiries.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Appointment Setting, Intake Coordination, Administrative Support, Hospitality, or similar client-facing roles.
- Advanced English (C1+) and native/fluent Spanish.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
