About the role

Provena AI is a fractional go to market team for B2B software companies selling into niche markets. We run cold email and LinkedIn for our clients, from finding the right accounts to booking the meeting.

We're hiring a GTM Engineer for a two in one role. You'll write and build the campaigns that book meetings for our clients, and you'll be the person those clients trust week to week.

Anyone can get AI to produce a cold email now. Very few people can tell you why one email books meetings and another gets ignored. We need the second kind of person. We work in Claude Code every day, and you'll need to be fluent in it, but the judgement and the words come from you.

What success looks like: your clients get meetings from campaigns you wrote, they hear from you every week without chasing, and they renew because they trust you.

This is a remote role reporting to the founders. We'd prefer someone based in South America or Southeast Asia (the Philippines and similar) with daily overlap with US Eastern hours.

There's room to grow into leading the team.

Responsibilities

- Turn onboarding calls and client materials into ICPs, angles and a first sequence
- Write cold email sequences yourself, then test new angles against what's working
- Build targeted lead lists from real signals (hiring, funding, new leadership, tech stack) using Apify and APIs inside Claude Code
- Verify and segment leads before anything is sent
- Launch and run campaigns in PlusVibe, with LinkedIn alongside email
- Read every reply, spot what's working, and fix what isn't
- Own client communication: clear weekly updates, honest answers, and steady trust when results dip
- Run our existing SOPs to a high standard

Qualifications
- Cold email you wrote by hand that booked meetings, with the numbers to show it
- Experience running campaigns end to end: offer, list, copy, launch and iteration
- Hands on experience with Claude Code, Apify and APIs
- Experience with PlusVibe, Smartlead, Insta
