You will diagnose and fix issues across backend systems, databases, and APIs, while communicating clearly with clients. The role emphasizes proactive documentation, incident tracking, and knowledge-base enhancements.

Candidates should have strong SQL skills, experience with production databases, and familiarity with PHP or JavaScript/TypeScript. Remote work from EU is supported and USD compensation is offered.
