We're Hiring | Benefits Administrator (EDI Configuration Analyst)

Location: Colombia

Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT

English Level Required: Advanced (C1)

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do
- Configure and maintain ANSI 834 (EDI) files
- Manage integrations with insurance carriers and payroll vendors
- Perform eligibility and enrollment data reconciliation and analysis
- Provide technical support for benefits administration and Open Enrollment processes
- Coordinate with carriers, brokers, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain project documentation and track progress using project management tools

What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting U.S. Employee Benefits and/or Payroll programs
- Knowledge of EDI 834 files and data reconciliation processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
