You will play a critical role in expanding the footprint across the DACH region, turning cold prospects into high-value partnerships within a rapidly scaling tech environment.

Key Responsibilities• Pipeline Generation: Own the top-of-funnel outbound strategy,



aiming to book 20–40 qualified meetings per month with decision-makers at trade-fair-intensive industrial SMEs.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume outreach including cold calling, personalized LinkedIn engagement, and managing Lemlist email sequences.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads from major industry trade shows (e.g., AMB, EuroBLECH) and outbound prospects using BANT criteria to ensure high-quality handoffs.
• CRM Excellence: Maintain impeccable data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring every touchpoint, lead status, and context note is accurately logged.
