Job SummaryWe are lookingfor a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
In this fully remote role, you'll work with a growing international company to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
The adecuado candidate is analytical, detail-oriented,



and confident managing campaigns independently. You should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, keyword strategies, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max, as relevant to business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, ad copy, and targeting to improve ROI and ROAS.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently while maintaining strong performance against KPIs.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
